McDonalds delivery sucks

Today is my worst experience with McDonald Delivery. Just imagine, my order only reach me after 1 hour, and its just 1 set McValue Meal BigMac and a Large Porridge and for that I have been charged additional RM3.

I did call them 1300-13-1300 to check on my order but the answer I think is a standard answer where the operator claimed that they have too many orders. For me its fine, what to do but later when the mat despatch reach me, I asked him what actually happen, and thank god for showing the truth, the answer is they dont have enough bike and that guy also use his own bike. After 1 hour, just imagine how the food look like :)

For McDonalds, just screen through your operator, dont lie to customer like me. I think you people have recorded all phone calls, and if you happen to drop at this post, this is my order # 26113. You know what to do !!
