This photo was taken during one of the Mercedez car show at Moscow International Airport. Very creative effort by Merc team there, this could be a replica and I dont think it is a real car.
In Malaysia, I have not seen something similar like this in Malaysia but Perodua when they launched their Kembara, they placed a Kembara at the roof of PUTRA Ampang Park station.
