Someone recommended this to me, I considered this as the best free software. Very fun, easy user friendly software. This software provides several features such as viewer, editor, batch processor, Raw converter, file renamer, print layout tool, screen capture tool, color picker, and more.
2. Picasa
Another Uncle G product. Its free and easy to use but compared to PhotoScape this should come second.
3. GIMP
GIMP is the GNU Image Manipulation program. This software very often known as ‘free Photoshop’. You can do image authoring, retouching, and composition.
4. Paint.NET
Paint.NET is a free image and photo manipulation software for Windows 2000, XP, Vista, or Server 2003. Paint.NET features layers, painting and drawing tools, special effects, unlimited undo history, and levels adjustments. This software good for experienced user.
5. PhotoFiltre
Another easy to use software with nice interface. You should try this too.
