For the past 1 1/2 weeks I have problem with my celcom broad band. I can’t click the The “connect” button and based on my reading, the Mobile Connect still searching for a network. To get the call centre is easy but so many advertisement and procedure you need to listen. The level of support for me just average, they can’t really solve my problem. The solution fails.

I think the problem is not on the modem, my mac or the sim card. The issue is network coverage. I don’t know how to explain but when I try to connect in my friend house in Puchong, the connection is good. But when I tried again in Bandar Baru Bangi, I have the problem again.

The problem only solve today and I am not happy with this service. I am thinking of tryin Wimax which I heard already available in my area. But I have 18 months service contract with Celcom. Need to get some expert opinion whether I can terminate this service without paying any single cents
