PETRONAS is seeking for Malaysian graduates with high motivation, passion and self driven towards better career opportunity to join our new 8 months soft skills training programme called GRADUATES EMPLOYABILITY ENHANCEMENT SCHEME – GEES.
The training will be in PETRONAS Management Training Center (PERMATA) in Bangi, Selangor and the On-the-Job training will be within PETRONAS Group of Companies nationwide.
OBJECTIVES OF GEES:
GEES aims to enhance employability amongst graduates and facilitate transition from academic to the business world by:
- Focusing on acquisition of critical soft-skills
- Providing experiential learning in developing positive personal attributes
The overall 8-month’s program comprises of 2 components:
- Two (2) months classroom training. Meals and accommodation will be provided and trainee will attend soft-skills classroom training. (RM500 allowance per month)
- Six (6) months on-job-training (OJT), where trainee will be attached to PETRONAS. Offices nationwide to apply the soft-skills they have learnt. (RM1,000 allowance per month)
