The application for The Financial Sector Talent Enrichment Programme (FSTEP) for 2012 intake is invited from all qualified graduates. For those who new with this programme, we share some important points with regards of FSTEP.
FSTEP is targeted at high calibre students who recently graduated from local and foreign institutes of higher learning and those who are working in the non-financial sector with interest to pursue careers in the financial industry.
FSTEP provides an intensive 1-year technical training in banking and insurance, including Islamic finance and takaful. The comprehensive training module includes near real life simulations, workshops and case studies as well as on-the-job training exposure through internship with financial institutions. Upon completion of the programme, many of this student are offered employment at the respective organisation.

- Malaysia Citizen
- Age below 30 years
- Degree wth minimum of CGPA 3.25
- Proficient in English
